The Chapel Medina exists to glorify God by living out the first and second great commandments which are loving God and loving people.
Matthew 22:37-39
And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself.
Matthew 28:19-20
Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
The Chapel Medina seeks to fulfill its purpose by seeing every believer worship, fellowship, discipleship, and participate in outreach.

The current vision of The Chapel Medina is to plant a multigenerational, Bible-believing church in Medina, Ohio.
In January of 2021, Pastor Alan Bowdler and a team of about 50 believers in Christ held their first church service at Fox Meadows Country Club in Medina, Ohio.
Since then, God has blessed the ministry with growth in attendance. We quickly out grew the space at the Country Club and transitioned to meeting at The Learning Garden Day Care where we are currently hosting three Sunday services.
Through earnest prayers and reliance on God, planning began for a permanent church facility in 2024. Through God's provision, our new building is slated to open summer of 2027.
Looking forward, our vision also includes raising a new generation of leaders and planting new churches in spiritually deprived areas in northeast Ohio.
We rest in the Gospel hope of his Grace and pray that hearts will be softened toward Jesus.
